Who we are

Independent Goals UK Ltd provides behaviour mentoring, pastoral intervention, family support and leadership coaching to schools and families across the United Kingdom. For any question about this policy, contact us at hello@independentgoalsuk.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, your email client opens with the details you typed — your name, role, organisation, email address and message. That message goes directly to us by email; this website does not store it.

We do not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used only to respond to you and, where it leads to work together, to agree and deliver an intervention. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.

Safeguarding information

Any safeguarding concern shared with us is handled in line with statutory guidance and passed to the relevant designated safeguarding lead. Please do not send detailed information about a child through this website — we will agree a secure route with your school.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single preference in your browser to remember your choice on the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, or reopen the notice from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to answer them or to deliver agreed work, and are then deleted in line with our retention practice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@independentgoalsuk.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
